Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the services provided by Daylight Glass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Service: Daylight Glass offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions. By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

3. User Opt-In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program.

4. Fees & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages regarding your project status, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 801-516-0635. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
